Navigation Markers in the Pointe au Baril area are maintained both by the Canadian Coast Guard and by the Pointe au Baril Islanders’ Association. Most PaBIA markers will be identified as PRIV and they will have the PaBIA name and burgee on them. PaBIA still maintains a number of older wooden stick markers which are in the process of being replaced. Any questions regarding these PRIV markers should be forward to Tom Cavers
